Already big players like Lufthansa, British airways have expressed their interest in increasing the number of flight operations to India. This is going to be a major concern to some of the small flight operators.. But, a few airlines like Jet and Sahara could look at extending their influence outside India. Jet has already announced a non stop flight from Mumbai to New York, which I presume if going to be much chepaer than the existing flight fares.<br/><br/>And thats a new bit of info that you have given me - Landing in India is going to cost heck a lot of money. As you have pointed out, competition is definitely going to increase.
